Strictly from a sales standpoint, it would be nice to have a native integration with Pipedrive

We moved to Aircall as you had an integration but its very limited. For example, I would love for the product to integrate all contacts in the CRM without me having to manually load them into Aircall.

Our entire team uses DialPad, Aira Notetaker and Activity tracking would be really useful for us. But unfortunately cannot use without integration.
